2. Quotations and Pricing

• Prices are subject to availability and market conditions
• Transport costs are calculated based on delivery location and container specifications
• We guarantee competitive pricing and will match legitimate competitor quotes
• All prices include VAT where applicable

3. Container Quality and Inspection

• All containers are inspected before delivery
• Detailed photos are provided for approval before shipment
• Used containers are sold in "as-is" condition with full disclosure of any defects
• New containers meet ISO standards and come with manufacturer specifications
• We guarantee structural integrity and weather-tight seals unless otherwise noted

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are agreed upon during the quotation process
• Deposits may be required to secure container availability
• Full payment is typically required before delivery
• We accept bank transfers, cash, and other agreed payment methods
• All payments must clear before container release

5. Delivery and Transport

• Container placement is at ground level unless special arrangements are made
• Customer must be present or arrange representation during delivery
• Transport insurance is included in our coordinated deliveries

6. Conversion Services

• Conversion services are provided by third-party partners
• We recommend only vetted, established conversion companies
• Conversion contracts are between customer and conversion partner
• We provide coordination and quality assurance but are not liable for conversion work
• All conversion partners are pre-screened for reliability and quality

7. Warranties and Guarantees

• Satisfaction guarantee: If container doesn't meet specifications, we'll replace or refund
• Quality guarantee: All containers meet described condition standards
• Structural warranty: New containers covered against manufacturing defects
• Service guarantee: Professional service and communication throughout
• Fraud protection: We protect against scams through our vetting processes

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate delivery and contact information
• Ensure delivery site is accessible for transport vehicles
• Inspect containers upon delivery and report any issues immediately
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Comply with local regulations for container placement and use

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the container. We are not responsible for:

• Work performed by third-party conversion partners
• Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
• Customer's failure to meet site requirements
• Changes in local regulations affecting container use

10. Dispute Resolution

• We aim to resolve all disputes through direct communication
• Customers should contact us immediately with any concerns
• Disputes will be handled according to South African law
• We participate in good faith mediation when appropriate

11. Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled before container allocation with full refund
• Cancellations after transport booking may incur transport costs
• Custom orders or modifications may have different cancellation terms
